Labyrinth Landscapes

Victoria’s recent work follows the journey of the spirit thru Haliburton, Muskoka, Madawaska Valley, Algonquin and the paths of the Bruce Trail. She is currently focused on the waterfalls of these regions. Her new Labyrinth Landscapes are explorations of the constant movement and inter-connectivity of all elements.  Intertwined lines fill shapes of fast-moving water, slow-moving rock and interconnecting trees all fit into the puzzle of her compositions. She plays complimentary and contrasting colours against dissimilar grounds to create movement and play within the canvas.
